U.S. immigration laws have created many protections for survivors of domestic abuse, sexual assault, violent crimes, labor violations, human trafficking, and more. Often these protections extend to include family members, including family members of US citizens who have experienced harm.
Contigo Immigrant Justice offers full legal representation to survivors of violence and their loved ones in a variety of types of immigration relief, including: U Visa, T Visa, and VAWA. We provide these services completely free of charge.
Our legal team at Contigo Immigrant Justice has many years of experience working with survivors, and we know that immigration legal support is only one part of a complex picture for survivors of violence and abuse. Our team takes a trauma-informed approach to ensure that clients experience care and respect throughout their legal process, and we are proud to partner with other agencies to ensure that our clients receive the wraparound services they need.

Contigo Immigrant Justice often partners more closely with other nonprofit and social services agencies, including providing staff training about humanitarian protections for immigrant survivors of violence, as well as co-hosting collaborative legal fairs and clinics all over the state.
